Added like, everything:
- Hotkey mode to just start typing, under typical circumstances. (if your issue is that you are in a VM, RDP, or other window that eats all of your hotkeys, this will not save you.)
- While typing, hit Esc to cancel
- Change the tray icon to a keyboard during typing
- Configurable delay before start typing
