To help contributor getting started writing MellowPlayer plugins.

The system should also automatically reload plugin data (script, metadata, icon and style) when the file content changed (for any plugins found in the user plugin path and developper plugin paths only).

  • create wizard UI
  • add plugin template files to qrc
  • create the plugin
  • implement file watcher
