Add Russian localization

@Skyross Thank you! I added the russian translation and added you as a reviewer/translator. You can start translating ;-)

I'll probably release version 3.3.0 during the weekend but don't worry if translations are not ready yet. If that's the case I'll release 3.3.x when they are ready.

@ColinDuquesnoy FYI, Russian translation is ready!
I'll be able to improve it and/or fix any kind of typos when it will be possible to check application from my side after it integration.

I've integrated them. You can check it out by compiling MellowPlayer from sources (or wait for the next continuous build to finish and use the generated AppImage/Dmg/Windows Installer depending on your platform).
