Add note for unapproved challenge and redirect user to 404 page

This PR resolves the following issues:

• Add note to the challenge component when the user is host and the challenge is unapproved.
• Fix bug when user tries to visit unapproved challenge and is not host -> redirect to 404 not-found page.
• Fix bug where 404 not-found page not visible on screen-width > 1440px.
