LiveDigits0 - now supporting english time!

This is pretty much a bugfix release, but it introduce the support for displaying AM/PM in the hour-part of the clock if it is set to display time in 12h mode instead of 24h.

Extra version

The "extra" version of the LiveDigits0 Pebble watchface.

Features extra customization, extra content, extra vibrations, extra shaking... everything's extra!

Here's a screen as an example of what you can get. Most of the stuff can be toggled on/off/ondemand.

It is mostly functionnal, and will probably be pushed to the Pebble Store soon-ish. As an alternative it is also available here.
