Testing
Fought an ephemeral riftwalker, got teleported around like crazy, after a bit a they used Breach and a kreck appeared.
Additional context
This is probably going to be a tactical error on the riftwalker's part more often than not, but they're feral, it's not like they're using complicated tactics when they fight you.
