Purpose of change
Did this for Arvore, druids should get it for their spell if they're good enough.
Describe the solution
Add PHASE_DISTANCE: 2 to druids if they know Traverse the Wild at level 8 or higher. Traverse the Wilds only works in the wilderness and turns off if you get too close to civilization, so this will not allow them to bypass building security.
