Summary

None

Purpose of change

Weirdness caught during the creation of #72534 that I was advised to PR separately for the ease of reviewing

Describe the solution

  • Completely obsoleted the elite bio operator - it's entire gimmick is that it uses techniques it was taught when still alive, which makes absolutely no sense in the lore
  • Removed the broken syntax for corpse dissolving for acidic soldiers (it didn't work at all, for years it's been silently failing) - instead gave them harvestlists with acid blood
  • Removed dodge and smelling from baseline kevlar zombies since they're still really primitive. Instead gave them more variety of melee attacks and grabs, since they still have hands
  • Removed the dodge all around the kevlar zombie family - they get progressively bulkier, not dodgier
  • Lowered the speed for the military pilot since bro was zooming. Also took their dodge and weirdly high daylight vision for a guy stuck in a helmet
  • Removed dodge and smelling from bio operators - they're not upgrades of anything, just revived corpses, they shouldn't have more capabilities
  • Removed dodge from the skeletors because why the hell did they have dodge?
  • Buffed baseline skeletal zombie's health from 30 to 80, since it was the only one this weirdly flimsy in the family
  • Lowered skeletal shockers speed to 60, to match its friends

Describe alternatives you've considered

Removing natural armor proficiency teaching from dissecting kevlars - they don't even use these proficiencies themselves, but I feel like that's a debate in waiting and I don't want to debate with people
