[DinoMod] Ceratosaurus HP increase

Purpose of change

While working on some mod stuff I looked at DinoMod a little too much and noticed Ceratosaurus, a half a ton predator, had less HP than a dead obese american. Asking @LyleSY on the devcord confirmed the HP appeared to be too low, so I increased it

Describe the solution

• raise Ceratosaurus HP from 70 to 120 - the same as a moose

Describe alternatives you've considered

• if I was doing all this from the start I'd likely have put it even higher than 120, but Lyle said DinoMod is aimed to be balanced around vanilla, so if anything the issue at hand is our vanilla animals are too flimsy (which indeed is a known issue)
• I didn't bother touching zombie variants because they appeared to have HP in the right ballpark already
