Purpose of change
While I was working on some monsters in another PR I had to check the doc for values that make sense. I did not immediately find GAME_BALANCE.md but it contains great guidance on some properties and it certainly deserves some mentions.
Describe the solution
Moar links. I also discovered that
ascii_pictureis not mandatory and fixed a typo there.Also mentions where some stuff is defined so it is even easier to understand and find stuff and elaborates on some options.

Testing
Viewed the file directly (which renders it in github): no issues, all links work fine.
