Added a special attack field to the fantasy ferals affected copied from their respective parent and edited the description for the rock throw to match the race

Testing
MAGICLYSM-trimmed.tar.gz
Got in game, spawned every feral elf and feral dwarf capable of throwing rocks, got stoned and checked message log.
