Purpose of change

10mm auto was missing its ballistics by the inch data.
10mm was also missing JHP loads, odd for a defensive caliber.
It was also missing +P loads, which 10mm is pretty well known for, its "full house" loads.

Describe the solution

Adds BBTI data, with comment capturing the load info.
adds JHP loads. migrates them in GG, and adds a recipe for them.
adds +P loads, migrates them in GG and adds a recipe for them.

Testing

Loaded game. Spawned all the new stuff. checked it out.
Spawned all the 10mm guns. Observed the BBTI data at work.
Loaded GG, spawned the new 10mm stuff. Reloaded to check migration.
