Purpose of change
It occurred to me that despite being the manager of the stockpile and complaining about a lack of food, you couldn't sell any food to the faction. I decided to change that.

Add a new talk topic with
repeat_responsethat lets the player sell preserved, canned, or irradiated food to the New England Community Church.Describe alternatives you've considered
Not doing this.
Testing
Went into the game and sold everything I could. However, I did notice an issue outlined in #68456. If anyone is fine with this being overlooked, I can keep the code. If not, I'll remove the canned food options from the
for_itemsection.Additional context
