Summary
Balance "subdermal carbon cbm gives no bash protection"
Purpose of change
Carbon nanotube materials are extremely thin and insubstantial, and while their properties mean they're great against shearing despite that they wouldn't realistically do much to stop blunt force trauma. This CBM was top tier and too strong so I wanted to nerf it and this is a realistic enough angle to go down.
Describe the solution
Remove bash prot. It only gives 4 cut/stab/bullet prot. This is still a very strong cbm, even with bionic slots I'd still seriously be wanting to install it on every character because it is passive protection.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Give it encumbrance (instead)
