Summary

Bugfixes "Makes sheaths take time to pull out of"

Purpose of change

3 moves to remove an item is very fast, 40 seems much more reasonable for a sheath on a pack.

Describe the solution

Makes it 40 instead of 3

Describe alternatives you've considered

Making it 30 to match other sheaths

Testing

Tested locally, works fine.
