Purpose of change

I checked what gives bone marrow while the discussion about it was happening on the dev discord and apparently cerbearus and the tusked moose gave regular non-toxic bone marrow instead of the perfectly ready mutant alternative. So yeah that's fixed.

Just changes the bone marrow to mutant bone marrow for the large furred mutant mammal harvest group.
