Purpose of change
#56302 added new ballistic vests, such as the security vests, but the security professions didn't use them.
Describe the solution
Added the security stab vest to the mall security profession.
Added the security ballistic vest to the security guard profession to replace their previous kevlar vests.
I also removed the light jackets from them to prevent conflicts, but I can add them back.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Keeping the jackets.
Testing
Started the game as the two professions and checked the starting inventory.
