Purpose of change
An activated Vehicle Scoop does not actually pick up "any" item, as some items are too big for it to carry. It also does not place the items into other storage tiles of the vehicle. This phrasing change should eliminate confusion about where the items picked up will be located.

Compiled and made sure it worked just in case, but I wasn't expecting to see any funny behavior from editing a string.
