Summary

Balance "Adds shivs as valid weapons for Krav Maga"

Purpose of change

Partially implements #51867.
#51918 implemented the SHIVS category, but Krav Maga had its categories added before in #51785, so they couldn't include shivs, a kind of weapon commonly used by Krav Maga practitioners (On the same basis as Eskrima).

A simple one line change.

Describe alternatives you've considered

To not add it.

Testing

Spawned in game and checked if shivs were a valid weapon for Krav Maga, they are now.

Additional context

I dreamed yesterday about shivs and Krav Maga, so I felt the need to make this PR.
