Cleanup non-existing or invalid terrain and furniture flags.

• BASHABLE is not supported (Bashing Update #8920);
• NONFLAMMABLE is not supported (Prevent fire from spreading onto nonflammable tiles #32143);
• GROWTH_SEED is not supported (Add planters, allow plants to be grown on furniture #30225);
• DECONSTRUCT is not supported (Move deconstruction data to json #6905);
• BLOCKS_DOOR is actually BLOCKSDOOR.
