Summary

Bugfixes "Fix overmap NPC names showing for NPCs out of range"

Purpose of change

Small fix taken from here (#50190) to be applied to 0.F.

Describe the solution

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Testing

Compiled 0.F-branch with this change and checked the overmap to make sure NPCs didn't show up on the overmap when the NPCs on that tile can't be seen on the overmap.
