Summary

SUMMARY: Content "Give Foodperson approriate snacks™ to carry"

Purpose of change

Foodperson's inventory was failing the carry capacity test (sometimes), this replace item groups with a fix amount of snack bar and a fanny pack to put them in.

Describe the solution

Add new snack item
Give two to foodperson with a fanny pack to carry them
Update both profession and NPC

Describe alternatives you've considered

Testing

Start a new game as Foodperson
Snacks fit in their pockets

The battery doesn't spawn in foodperson's mask but it will probably get fixed as the inventory system settles
