Summary

SUMMARY: Interface "Change positions of 'Aim' and 'Look around' windows according to sidebar"

Purpose of change

Addresses #36327 - Request for option to change position of "look around" and "aim" windows

Describe the solution

These 2 windows are now automatically positioned over the sidebar

Describe alternatives you've considered

Actually adding a separate option for this, as requested, but... Well, I don't think it is worth it. Settings->Interface is already imposing enough. Then there is also 'Monsters/Items' list that could be drawn over the sidebar too...

Oh, I'm actually blind. There is already a PR for that...
