Created 3 new folders in item groups folder - Weapons_Mods_Ammo, Clothing_Gear and Locations_MapExtras. Moved .json files into relevant folders

Letting the item_groups folder get unwieldy in size.
Testing
Game loads fine. There are no deletions or additions, just re-arranging.
