Added "brush" to the recipe alongside rags or sponges. I changed the description to be more generic and accurate.

But rag and sponge by themselves can wash items, so maybe the brush should also get the use action to wash hard items? |

Scrub brushes are useless! But they should be serviceable for their one job, scrubbing things. As such I figured they belonged in the recipe for the washing kit.

I added scrub brush to the recipe, and altered the description to be a little more generic with respect to scrubbing tools.

I guess we could keep scrub brushes completely useless, but that doesn't seem like how we should do things
Testing
I haven't tested this yet, my testing environment is having issues running the game at the moment, but it should be extremely straightforward to do. Give yourself Fabrication 1, a cutting 1 tool, a plank, and a scrub brush. Craft washing kit. I'll test it when I'm able to.
