SUMMARY: I18N "Use translation for body part names"

Purpose of change

Fixes #37697.

Describe the solution

Use translation for body part names.

Testing

See that body part names are displayed correctly in various contexts in game.

Additional context

Obsoletes parts of #37698.

@Qrox: Can you please advice if I will need to use a ctxt here? It was used as return pgettext( "bodypart_accusative", bdy.name_multiple.c_str() ); previously.
