Summary
SUMMARY: Balance "Reduce health impact from animal fat and its products"
Purpose of change
Excessive consumption of fat products is unhealthy, but current value doesn't really reflect harm that would come from eating 1 portion (110 g) once a day directly or as an ingridient. See Additional context for the basis.
Describe the solution
Tweak value of health modifier for tallow.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Making a system similar to mutant butchered products where reasonable consumed amount of fat doesn't cause negative consequences. That's a bit above my skill at the moment but if someone feels like doing it, all the better.
Additional context
First of all few sources on fat consupmtion:
Saturated fat consumption (so, animal fats mostly) doesn't seem to increase cardiovascular diseases https://academic.oup.com/ajcn/article/91/3/535/4597110
High-fat diet doesn't cause specific damage to health

Fat cholesterol isn't as dangerous as claimed
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21951982
Lack of fat can cause "Rabbit starvation" (a.k.a. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protein_poisoning)
I can also throw in my personal experience with eating/cooking with lard but that's anecdotical (except it's normal practice in CIS countries as well as some other regions of the world). Don't take my word on that without other points.
Using any fat as cooking ingredient doesn't also really translates all the fat into resulting meal - you will spill what's rest in your pan into a sink.
Another moment that bothered me - tainted fat/tallow had less direct impact on in-game health value than regular animal fat/products. That's also something that might need additional adjustments.
All together I would appreciate your opinions and suggestions on the matter.
