Why no "outline of expected performance" was neither required nor given when ballistic vest was proposed to add to the game, and yet it was added? |

Sorry about that, it looked fairly self-explanatory to me. The item's resistance was ridiculously high and that brought it down to a level comparable with similar gear that's already in the game. |
