changed out palette stairs for wooden stairs.

I could use input on preferred regional_settings weight baseline. I've knocked houses down to 700, these are mostly set to 50, a few specialty houses are lower.

I think we should do an analysis of spawn rates once they're all done and decide regional settings from there.

that's the procgen staircase. mine is on the south wall. Mine will always be wood that does a great job of blending into the floors now.
