merged the maps into 3x1 chunks and added a palette. I upgraded some terrains and furniture in the process.

Saving some of the terrain work for when I add the roof, but this seemed like a good time.

Sure, it bugged me too. I had planned on fixing it when I did item spawns and other clean up work with the roof addition. I can't get to it for a day or two though. So, if this PR is still open, I'll fix it here, otherwise, I'll fix it when I PR the roof.
