add some domestic furniture and terrain

Summary

SUMMARY: Content "Adds new domestic terrain and furniture."

Purpose of change

To increase variety of domestic furniture and terrain options.

Describe the solution

Includes:
terrains for manufactured outdoor pools, screened porch walls & door.
furniture: a coffee table and entertainment center.
New item: screen mesh to construct the screened walls. It can't be crafted, but is found in bulk hardware spawn lists.

Everything also has construction recipes and looks_like entries.

Describe alternatives you've considered

adding a deck terrain but t_floor_no_roof seems to be doing this job.
I may add some flagstone and other alternative ground terrains.

Testing

Built and deconstructed all new items in game.
