Purpose of change

Reduced the frequency, stun duration and damage properties of Bone Breaker since it is no longer a disarm technique.

Describe the solution

When Krav Maga was rebalance in #33602, I added Bone Breaker to be the strongest disarm technique in the game. It did high damage but at the cost of requiring the target to be stunned, downed, and carrying a weapon. As a disarm technique, it could only trigger once per opponent. However, when #34110 merged, Bone Breaker lost it's "disarms" attribute. Without the disarms attribute, Bone Breaker can now triggers much more often and as a result it's possible to completely stunlock enemies while dealing extremely high damage.
To correct this problem, I've made the following changes to the technique:

  • +200% bash damage reduced to +100% bash damage.
  • Stun duration reduced from 3 turns to 1 turn.
  • Changed to a Crit technique instead of being a normal or Crit technique.
  • Weighting reduced from 3 to 2.

With these changes, Bone Breaker will not longer trigger constantly, no longer stunlocks, and does much more reasonable damage.
