[Xedra Evolved] Ierde permanent rooted

Using the Ierde ability "The Root of the Mountain" locks you in place forever as you cant deactivate it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make an Ierde
2. get the "The Root of the Mountain" mutation
3. activate it
4. try to deactivate it to get the error

ability deactivating as intended
