Describe the bug

The last five or so times I've come across an open plan gas station (overmap id "s_gas") I've found that the pavement on the connecting road is in the way of anyone using the gas station. Sometimes a street lamp spawns as well, in such a place as to make it almost impossible to drive into the station without going offroad or crashing into something. A pavement always spawns at these gas stations, even outside of a city where there is no pavement anywhere else.

Steps to reproduce

Go to one of the open-plan gas stations in-game (s_gas)
Observe the road nearby

Expected behavior

I would expect a road to have a T-connector into a gas station, instead of placing the gas station off-road and behind obstacles.

This image shows just about every problem. This rural gas station has an inexplicable pavement on both sides of the road, with the pavement and its associated street light obstructing the gas station.
