Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Fragment mass is shown ingame for various explosives, but the menu only gives integers for this line and because of rounding many explosives show a fragment mass of 0, which is not useful.

Describe the solution you'd like

Use decimals when showing fragment mass.

If noone picks it up i could see about tackling this myself but i suspect someone might be able to fix this easily.

I tried having a go at this but did not manage to find a working solution yet. If someone else is looking, i suspect you might need to add something in iuse_actor.cpp at line 466.
