Describe the bug

Gas station sealed tanks are not destroyed by C-4.

Steps To Reproduce

Find a gas station put C-4 next to it, optionally retreat.

Expected behavior

The gas tank can remain sealed, I'm not asking for access to gas. It should just be destructible with a sledgehammer or moderate explosives.
