Describe the bug

Driving your car, for example, and running over a zombie, a character can pick up items from the ground while still operating their vehicle.

Alternatively, dropping items onto a seat (for instance) over the capacity of that vehicle tile will cause the items to tumble to the ground.

Steps To Reproduce

Drive mobile and functioning car over items on the ground
(G)et items while in vehicle using the get items from ground option

Expected behavior

The option to "get items from ground" should be disabled in vehicles with a floor tile present.

Add to "Expected Behavior":

Ideally, overflowing a vehicle tile with items will not spill items onto the ground, but rather force them to stay in the character's inventory or, alternatively, will place them into adjacent tiles. The first option is strongly preferred due to the possibility of exploits through the second option's implementation.
