Now imagine this. You've made an AWESOME mobile base. Liters upon liters of various fluids stored in this dang base. Tons of batteries installed. Probably more than 3 engines (Dunno if this is possible.) But just as you want let's say, disassemble or replace one of these 21 water tanks you have...you have to scroll through ALL (Well, almost all of them) just to find that one specific tank you're looking for. Or what if there's this one battery you want to replace, and you gotta tap your keyboard in order to find this one battery in your big mobile base. Doesn't that suck?
Describe the solution you'd like
Now imagine this! Pressing Tab in the vehicle screen (Which I think does nothing for now), allows you to CHOOSE, those parts instantly, you know, that middle part of the Interface! https://imgur.com/xOEFg8Y
You can basically just select those individual tanks/engines/batteries you have installed by pressing Tab. No more scrolling through ALL of the tiles just to find that one part in your car. Neat, huh? Of course, when you mouse over/select (I know you can't mouse over, just a saying.) that specific part using the middle interface, the left interface would SNAP to where that part is installed. Also, we should also be able to rearrange the tanks/batteries list. That way, everything looks neat...and functional, since the engine takes the first tank fuel.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A search function would be handy, since solar panels and such aren't displayed in the middle Interaction. Pressing / or F would bring up the search prompt and input let's say 'Battery' and it'll display the nearest battery to where the cursor is, kind of like how searching in maps work. To view other batteries, just press left or right.
Additional context
Thanks for reading this long, probably redundant rant. But hey, I think its a good suggestion for those who have a BIG, BIIIG mobile base filled with parts.
