Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have been experimenting with Magiclysm and it has added an interesting consideration of not always having bionic power at its max level. With the solar panel cbm being automatic, I periodically have to burn off some power to keep my max mana at a usable level. It would be nice to be able to turn off the solar panels and save them for situations where i'm using more bionic abilities than magic.

Describe the solution you'd like
Solar panel CBMs can be toggled so they don't automatically charge bionic power.

Describe alternatives you've considered
-Removing the solar panel cbm
-removing power storage cbms to limit max bionic power accumulation
-continuing to manually monitor and burn off excess power.
