#Describe the bug

A vehicle (at least my foldable one) will not properly update its weight upon moving items out of it. It is required you grab it and physically move it over a tile in order for the weight to update properly.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Get a vehicle (mine has foldable light frame, folding shopping cart basket, and 4" casters).
  2. Move items to it, and examine it to see that the weight increased.
  3. Move items out of it, and examine it to see that the weight stayed the same.
  4. Fold it, attempt to pick it up, and collapse under its weight.

Expected behavior

I expect the weight to decrease when moving items out, because the weight increases when moving items in. This is important, because I'm folding the vehicle on the spot, and picking it up (I'm moving a bunch of items up out of a lab).
