FIEF Demo WebApp - v0.16

A FIEF Demo Web App including Traefik, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis and a Web Page using HTML and a Demopage using NiceGUI.

v0.16:
FIEF http only harmonize with Traefik https only

v0.15:
Some fixes - no more support of mydomain.com because FIEF can only handle localhost or real domains as default!
Added Jinja2 for flexible use of 'localhost' or 'IP:PORT' (in case of using 'IP:PORT' => 'fief-url/admin' will not work as this is restricted as described before)

Introduced NiceGUI demo - currently still not using FIEF: http://api.mydomain.com/
