• Added translations

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on correct branch.
  • git checkout UHF-10456
  • make fresh
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Open up a new form submission: https://hel-fi-drupal-grant-applications.docker.so/fi/uusi-hakemus/sotepe_yleis
• Log in through suomi.fi
• Fill the fields. Intermittently try saving as draft
• Submit the form. Wait for the status to update to 'received'
