UHF-X Ajax filters patch update

What was done

• Update the patch for the Ajax exposed filters issue. See: https://www.drupal.org/i/3163299#comment-14974756.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the Helfi Platform config
  • composer require drupal/helfi_platform_config:dev-UHF-X_ajax_filters_patch_update -W
  • Run composer install to verify that the drupal core gets updated
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Once you've installed the local environment, check that you've re-aggregated the ajax_view.js file and cleared the caches from drupal and from your browser.
