I tried Your playlsit and it plays with no issues, so issue should be in Your player. Try disabling Direct Play and Direct Stream in it. |

I do not own an iOS device, I have no idea what message You got means, and I do not see any errors in the log You provided, so in theory everything works but Your player is just unable to play the video. As I mentioned only known solution to me is forcing PMS to transcode streams before playing them, and this is done via players options Direct Play and Direct Stream. If Your player does not have these options try disabling "Optimized for streaming" in plug-ins preferences, but I am not sure if it works as there is no official documentation. I also have no problems playing Your playlist in Edge browser or Plex player for Windows. |

This was iOS Plex players issue and it was supposed to be fixed, together with infinite buffering issue #53, but looks like it is not the case... |

I have the same problem with versions 1.4.1.3362 to 1.5.3.3580; "Couldn't create the playback session for this item" on iPhone and AppleTV 4. I'm currently running version 1.3.4.3285 which luckily works fine. |

I may have a fix for this. I do the nextpvr channel - and use IOS heavily. I found that yes your channel does work in chrome. But for IOS, I just had to force the container format to 'mp2ts' eg: Inelegant, as one thing I've never worked out is per client settings, but this works in IOS, and I'd assume (but I've not tested), Apple TV4. Hope you can use it. I'm currently about 12 hours into a 24hour iptv trial, and after using some IOS apps this was the better solution I found. |

Depends if you have access to the playlist or not..in my case not. Its more likely to be a specific client setting....though I tested my code change on apple tv now (works) and it didn't break chome either. |

Great. Unsure how i installed, if it was via UAS2 or manually. But I’ll keep an eye out. |
