Missing 32 bit mesa drivers or incompatible GPU on unsupported gentoo

32 bit mesa is installed. does it work with rx 5700?

It even runs on the lowend raspberry pi2 gpu without errors. I don't think your gpu isn't capable. Might building from source and using glfw as window provider helps(cmake flag) or your 32bit drivers are not working correctly.
