Street name and street number required for creating a course in the KAVO tool

In a standard CiviCRM installation, street name and street number are not stored separately, but they are stored together in street_address.

The KAVO tool wants a street name and street number for the location of a course. This will not work if CiviCRM does not know the parts of the street_address.

I think this is a bug in the KAVO-API, but I'm afraid we'll have to work around this in our extension.

I think the proper way to solve this, is enabling address parsing, and installing the streetformatnl extension.
