iOS7 compatible For UITableViewRowAction

Use like FDStackView.

Just do, Nothing else:

Now you can se UITableViewRowAction as if it supports iOS7+.".

• This lib is similar to JZTableViewRowAction, more friendly to CocoaPods.
• This lb can be used only when your target is below iOS8.
