Missing road segments when coincident with tram #12

In the Positron and Toner basemaps, street segments (specifically residential road in this case) are not visible when they are coincident with tram segments.

For the Toner basemap, the streets are actually replaced with the tram segment, even though street is the primary use here. In the Positron basemap, the streets are merely missing and the tram segments not visible at all.
