This is the first official release (v0.1.0) of the candig-server-external-dashboard.

This app visualizes data from APIs of candig-server, the core application of CanDIG V1 platform. While candig-server has built-in visualization components, this app comes with many more visualization capabilities, while still dependent on the same set of APIs.

Some of the basic capabilities include

  • View, search all clinical data.
  • View, search across all VCF, BAM, and CRAM files.
  • Visualizes VCF, BAM, and CRAM files via IGV.js browser.
  • View API specs.
  • Generate four types of charts on any field of clinical data.

A public demo with limited functionalities and data is available from https://candig-elep4.ondigitalocean.app (Link may change in future).
