Fixes issue where monitor_list was not being used as a notificationlist. Adds option to allow only monitor_list to be used rather than thresholds alerts lists

This is a fix for issue Cacti#61 where monitor_list was not being used to notify of reboots. It also includes a feature request to override the threshold alert list inclusion so only monitor_list is used.

This now also has a fix for issue #61 to reintroduce the user of monitor_list and provide option to disable threshold inclusion. |
